Hi guys, i have a little problem...it won't let me change my account name...or email whatever...i don;t have access to my account email anymore...so i want to change it, and it says after 7 days it will automatically change itself..its been over a month and still nothing....what do i do? I tried contacting ncsoft/anet whatever....i got a support ticket sent them an email...and i never got a reply!

"Your e-mail address change will need to be confirmed by both e-mail addresses. If either e-mail address does not receive the e-mail change confirmation request, your e-mail address change will go into a 7-day holding period. During this holding period, you will need to keep logging into your account using the old e-mail address. Attempting to change the e-mail address on your account again during the 7-day holding period will result in an error message, and the holding period will reset, causing further delay.

However, if the e-mail sent to the old e-mail address "bounces" because the e-mail address is invalid, the e-mail address change will automatically occur as soon as you confirm it by clicking the link in the e-mail sent to the new e-mail address.

Once you have confirmed the e-mail address change on your account, you will be able to log into your Guild Wars account using the new e-mail address." is the response from the support website

The bolded part...does that mean if i dont confirm in both emails or just my new one and also after 7 days will it automatically change as in if i use my old email after 7 days it wont work or do i have to start using my new email as soon as the 7 day period is over.

It took them 8 months to change it for me, with no mention that they had done it at all. So im just going to wish you GL

the logon name (original email address) can not be changed, and doesn't need to be ever. The email address associated with the account can be changed though at any time
